By purchasing digital software, the Customer expressly consents to immediate delivery and waives the right of withdrawal once the software is activated.

6. Warranty and Liability

Nexus Apps guarantees that its software products conform to the description provided on the website.

Nexus Apps is not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages;
Incompatibility issues with the Customer’s devices or operating systems;
Loss of data caused by the use of the software.

The total liability of Nexus Apps shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the software products and website content remain the property of Nexus Apps or its licensors.

It is prohibited to copy, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the software without prior written consent from Nexus Apps.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
